Looking for something different for your students? Yoga at school is an excellent Physical Education curriculum enrichment program. Amanda will guide students through a beginner series of postures tailored to their age group. Costs include the instructor fee per hour, a mat rental fee and mileage (only if you are located outside the city of Winnipeg).

Athletics
Attention all coaches! Joga is a form of yoga specifically designed for the athlete mind and body. Yoga for athletes! It is a great addition to an athletes already existing training regimen. Sessions can last from 30 - 90 minutes depending on what the goals or needs of that practice are. No yoga experience is necessary. For more information on Joga check out the Joga page.
Community
The school program can be adapted to any sort of group that is interested in learning more about yoga! Maybe it is a special event or a group that would like to organize their very own yoga sessions.
